Coldwell Banker Opens its first Office in Belize

Codlwell Banker looking to expand their global reach opened their first office in Belize. This comes after CNN called Belize the "New Caribbean".

The launch comes just as CNN highlighted Belize as "One of the 6 hottest
foreign second home markets for 2007." The timing is right for real estate
investors attracted by the potential for capital appreciation in the "New
Caribbean".

With the largest barrier reef in Western hemisphere, and tourism consistenly increasing since 1998, its miles of sandy beaches are becoming a favorite destination and making Belize a strong contender among emerging markets.
